Health & Safety

How do you get a health and safety accreditation?

Before being awarded a health and safety accreditation, the contractor in question must pass a series of audits. The SSIP auditors (Safety Schemes in Procurement) conduct a thorough check into the contractor by looking at documentation and procedures to health and safety policies.

After the initial audit, the contractor must complete a series of questionnaires and provide evidence to show that they will comply with strict health and safety regulations.
